Above the fjord, a wooden cabin watches over the still water. The wind seems to have withdrawn, and light settles slowly across the mountains. Everything barely breathes — a fragile balance between silence and presence.
I look at this landscape as one listens to a whisper: attentively, patiently. The emerald water at the bottom of the valley catches the light and returns it, almost mineral. Nothing moves, yet everything lives at the pace of the gaze.
This photograph belongs to my Norway series, a study of northern light and the stillness of these vast spaces. Each image seeks the moment when the landscape becomes almost interior.
